Cycles

I drove coast to coast again, this time going West! This will be my fourth time driving across the country and Eva's fifth time. We decided on a route that we've never done before. The route for the first day took us south through Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, and North Carolina. I walked off the stage at 1pm and had lunch and started the drive at 3pm. We stopped in DC for a seafood dinner of Chesapeake Bay blue crabs and some sightseeing. We got into Raleigh, NC at 2am dead tired. Might have even hit the rumble strips on the interstate a few times. This was one of those pure driving days so we could make time to spend in New Orleans and Austin later in the trip.
