Yosemite

When asked if you want to join on a trip to Yosemite, the answer should always be yes. I joined Andrew and his brother + girlfriend on a midweek trip to a national park that I haven't been back to since I was a kid. I'm still constantly impressed by the diversity of landscapes that we have in California. Having driven through 40/50 of the states in the US, there isn't another state that has the range of landscapes we do. I've forgotten about the grandness of the granite peaks of Yosemite valley. The iconic view of the valley hits you as soon as you emerge from the tunnel heading into the valley. As we drove further into the valley the size of the towering peaks really put things into perspective.
Every turnout is a unique view. We stopped at one to enjoy the last few minutes of light in the day.
The AGL blogging squat. Good luck in Boston. You'll be missed.
