Got out of the office today to do inspections on some projects in San Francisco and San Carlos. 
This is a cool building in Portrero Hill that didn't topple or burn during the great quake of 1906. Its getting renovated for a guy that makes handmade shoes. Beneduci - Fine Boots for Men and Women.

Location of a future condo complex in the Dogpatch. I'm adding fuel to the gentrification fire.
